Terms and Conditions: I retain the rights to all the footage I capture.

If you are the skater (or one of the skaters) featured in the video, you may download that video for your personal use. If you are featured in a video and prefer it to be removed from my socials, my drive, and/or this site, you may request that by reaching out to me directly.  I respect your privacy and won't hesitate to remove any content you are featured in by request. 

If you are not one of the skaters featured in the video, you are not authorized to post or use the content for any reason without first getting permission from both me and the other skaters included. 

I do not currently watermark the original videos but retain the right to do so in the future.  Removal of any watermark can be requested from me and me only by reaching out to me directly. 

Most of my footage is from Tuesday Adult Night (18+) sessions at Cal Skate of Rohnert Park. If the location/event is different, it will be noted in the title. Thank you for your skate contributions, your good energy, and for keeping the skate community safe and a place of love and support.
